LITIGATION
We do not operate as a law firm but have extensive litigation experience. We provide guidance on litigation strategy and advisory services to other legal counsel and litigation teams. Areas of expertise include of copyright (IP), gambling law and financial services.
ADVOCACY WORK
We champion causes we believe in providing advise on lobbying strategy, highlighting and educating government and parliament on the key issues of the client while mobilising support around the issues.
LEGISLATIVE DRAFTING
Legislative drafting is one of our core competencies, we drafted one of the first private members bill and provide advice to government as members of parliament.

Adheera Bodasing
Attorney/Lobbyist (BA LLB)
Adheera is an experienced lawyer and litigator and worked in both the public and private sector.
She has more than 20 years lobbying experience and represented major local and multinational companies such as Microsoft Corporation, the Motion Pictures Association of America, the Recording Industry of South Africa, Paddy Power Betfair, Wonga.com, IDM and Debt Busters, Gold Circle and the Lewis Group.
She practiced as an attorney at Spoor and Fisher, a leading IP law firm,and acted as legal counsel to Microsoft Corporation and the business software alliance. Her core focus was litigation, lobbying and copyright law.
She also practiced at Edward Nathan Sonnenbergs(now ENS Africa) Africa’s largest law firm. She acted as Legal Counsel to Betfair Limited and other corporate clients with a focus on corporate law, Intellectual property law, gaming law and lobbying.
In the public sector she serves as Chief Director of the legal division at the National Treasury of South Africa, and legal advisor to the Minister of Finance, Trevor Manuel (at the time), his deputy and the Director General.
